"Love this backpack. It is great for air travel. I have had it for a year now & it has held up beautifully. It holds so much stuff, but isn’t bulky feeling like structured bags. My favorite feature is the ability to put it over my shoulder easily. shortyLOVE bags are so soft & I love the way they conform to my body when carrying them. Some of my fav bags! 🩷🩷"
"I like the color,organization is good. The weight is a tad heavy, I am 70yr not a weakling but empty I felt it seemed weighty. Please consider padding the grip handle, webbing can be edge sharp. Adding "D" rings so it can be wore crossbody due its size. Lastly security is important please put in an RFID pocket to replace having to add a wallet. I have the unfortunate experience of what I believe is a stalker in my life. Being aware while out and having accessories that help in that process is beneficial."
"I was not sure when I purchased, I questioned my purchased regarding price and if I needed it. It was on b/o but customer service was prompt when I had a question during that time. I get compliments on the color. I do like to flexibility of backpack and tote. It sits nicely on a hard surface without tipping over. My 26 oz. water bottle does fit in the pocket. The only wish I have is a key clip."
"I use this bag for work travel and fit my 16" work laptop inside the main compartment. It still has room for my other items and I have now added a matching Amuse that I slide in the bag when on the move (like right before boarding at the airport, or hustling in and out of buildings from the car) then use the Amuse alone when I am going into restaurants and stores. Both of these bags have far exceeded my expectations as far as functionality and have set the bar for how I want my bags to handle. There are straps and handles and pockets in all the right places."

"I am completely obsessed with this backpack. I already pre-packed it for an upcoming trip. I love the bottom compartment for my makeup and toiletries. The middle section will fit all of my clothes for a five day trip to visit my son and his family. I love that backpack shoulder straps can be tucked away. I love the interior so much AND the exterior so much. THE SQUEAL IS REAL! I am completely obsessed and in love with this backpack. I have the Shorty Love midsize crossbody, so I am going take both Shorties on my upcoming trip. I plan to walk the Camino de Santiago next year and I am pretty sure that I am going taking my Shorty backpack as my day pack. The two side pockets are clutch for water bottle and umbrella."
"It is well made and high quality and I like the interior organization, but I just took it on a trip and it is not a good travel bag. I knew it didn't have a sleeve to go over the handle of my suitcase but I didn't realize that it doesn't stand up at all on its own and when the bottom section is full it didn't fit under the seat in front of me on a cross country flight. I am really disappointed."
