"I bought this for my daughter to take to college - she used a shoulder bag first year but wanted a backpack for the second year. I knew just the place to get one! So excited to share my love of shortylove with her. Same wonderful quality, lots of thoughtful details and just the right size."
"I love the two zipper pulls, the two water bottle holders. The compartment in the front, love the zipper on the luggage flap on the back as well. Very useful. The only complaint I have is, when I received the bag,I needed to pack it up and go as I needed for a trip I was going on. I received the bag, and 4 hours later I was on a plane. I was excited to have received it just in the nick of time. However, there was a tear on the inside on the flap area, I decided to pack up and use it anyway. I went to Italy to visit family, one member being my Grand Mother. She loves to sew, so she fixed it for me. There is a thin seam on the inside of the back pack across the flap. I kinda don't mind seeing it, as it reminds me of my very much loved Grandma. My point is, the bag was very close to 300. 00 dollars, and it should have be intact. Im not sure what that cut was across the flap was there for. I don't think it was supposed to be there . Maybe the bag should have been in the seconds department, discounted and not sold as new intact merchandise. I have many Shorty Love bags, I have given shorty love bags as gifts. I do think they are costly and should be perfect when paying full price. I would have left this alone, but you guys asked…"
"I have been looking for a backpack that works with professional attire. This is it! ! I love the look and feel of the fabric and the neutral pewter color. I was pleasantly surprised that my 17 inch Dell laptop fits, although it is tight and I can't use the Velcro closure. (The laptop is 9 ¾ inches by 14 ¼ inches. ) The backpack is a great size without looking bulky; my small cruiser fits in the bag along with my laptop and iPad. The bottle holders are nice and secure. A couple of small suggestions: I would love if the interior small zip pocket was on the front above the zip pouch and if the interior patch pockets were higher inside the bag. But overall I love it and think it's a great backpack that looks and feels great and works in a professional setting!"
