The reason I'm giving it such a low rating is that the bag has only 1 inside pocket - NO dedicated cell phone pocket. And the one pocket it does have inside is too big and your cell phone rattles around it with other things that you might want to put i there. I would be a customer if you could just give us a dedicated cell phone pocket on the inside - IN ADDITION to the other pocket (s)."
