"I had ordered a small quilted cross body bag with a coordinating strap. While the bag came in quick order (as usual), the strap didn’t arrive. I contacted Shorty Love and became aware the strap wasn’t available. The rep not only refunded my card for the strap, but allowed me to pick another strap of my choice and didn’t charge me for the strap or shipping. I might add, the rep went above and beyond even emailing me over the weekend! Needless to say, I’m a fan forever!"

"First-time buyer and, unfortunately for you, not a fashionista with a collection of bags I choose from on a daily or even weekly basis. I ordered the small Shorthand at the same time. Hands down, the small Cruiser was the better choice for me in terms of how I could organize my stuff (phone, lipstick, cash, a few cards, small hairbrush). It also has a more polished look and feel. Love having zippered compartments on either side."

"I have been looking for a few years for “my perfect bag”. . stumbled across Shorty Love on IG and FBook. Looked at their bags earlier this year. . while I continued to look at other brands. Took a chance on this one and am amazed! The craftsmanship and quality are top notch, from the quality of the material to the zippers, stitching and attention to detail on the inside of the bag.
